What's Important to Me

My values, in everything I do.

Three values run through how I live, train and serve. They're also exactly what you get when I work with you and your team.

Value 1

Alignment

Constant communication, growth, and radical accountability and responsibility, starting with me.

For you: one clear direction your team, board and shareholders all sign up to.

Value 2

No One Left Behind

We row together as a team. Success only counts when everyone in the boat gets there.

For you: a team that moves as one, with nobody lost along the way.

Value 3

All In Energy

Making things happen takes a lot of energy to overcome the friction. I bring all of it.

For you: the momentum to turn the plan into results.

All In Energy

Fitter and stronger than ever.

Rebuilding myself started with my body. Today I train across weights, calisthenics, running and yoga, and I keep raising the bar a little every week.

All-in energy starts with stillness.
Calming my emotions has been as important to the rebuild as getting stronger.

Causes I show up for

No one left behind means turning up, not just speaking up.

Planet Patrol

Cleaning up Southampton's river.

I joined Lizzie Carr MBE and Planet Patrol (then Plastic Patrol) on the water, paddling to highlight the need for clean rivers and pulling out the rubbish as we went.

Southampton stands with Ukraine

From a sports hall full of boxes to a regional distribution centre.

With Paulina from the city's Polish community, I co-ordinated Southampton's appeal, then brought in Balfour Beatty and the owners of the former Toys R Us site to open it as a regional distribution centre for the relief effort.
