Because the guides are delivered immediately, by completing your purchase you agree to receive them straight away and acknowledge that this means you lose the 14-day right to cancel that applies to some online purchases.
If your download does not work or the file is faulty, email daniel@danielfitzhenry.com within 14 days and we will fix it, send a new copy, or refund you.
The Circle is paid in full and is non-refundable. Instead, it carries a guarantee: if your Alignment Scorecard does not improve over a 90-day cycle, your next 90 days are free. This applies once, and only if you attended every call. Full details are in The Circle client agreement.
Refunds and cancellations for these services are set out in the agreement for each engagement.
