An experienced trainer of senior leadership teams.

I've spent years inside complex organisations, reviewing and challenging their leadership, training boards and teams to hold an executive to account, and mentoring leaders one to one. As part of the Local Government Association's leadership programmes, I helped leadership teams with large budgets and thousands of staff set priorities and pull in one direction. I bring the same rigour to your board and your senior team.
